THE masterplan

The main ideas of the resulting Masterplan were to create an atrium in the West wing of Microlab, to create a public green park, add two completely new buildings to the site and lastly to push the now existing parking spaces more towards the outside to form a far more attractive view, that is central to Microlab. The number of parking spaces is in line with the local parking norm and they’re arranged in such a way that it is not effecting the pedestrians. The decision has even been made to arrange the streets that ran west-to-Microlab in an entirely new way. Now, the park has been extended more towards this new hotspot which will eventually contribute to the vibrance of the area. This will ensure that there are far fewer cars using this street than before.
This has all been done as a result of our vision to give the highest priority to pedestrians.​ They can now enjoy this completely new green public park in all peace and harmony without having to be bothered by disturbance of any kind.
